UPDATED: I tried to reduce the overexposure as much as possible, while still retaining as much of a dream-like state as possible. And then there were some minor touch-ups which I won't bother listing all of.

When I look at this image, I'm instantly drawn to the very bright area on the right side of the water. This needs to be toned down a little just to restor balance to the rest of the image.
Also, I might just be imaging it, but the mountains seem a little 'metallic'.
Still a very nice image, just a shame about that right side.
